Care Socie, cari Soci,
con la presente i Soci fondatori di ARCI Bruxelles sono lieti di convocare la prima Assemblea Generale
che si svolgerà il 22 Novembre 2020 alle 11:00 su Zoom, secondo l’articolo 10 dello Statuto e gli articoli 9, 10 e 11 del Regolamento Interno.
Per partecipare e ricevere le informazioni tecniche per partecipare all’Assemblea è necessario compilare questo modulo.

Potete leggere una copia dello Statuto, una del Regolamento Interno e un modulo di presentazione degli emendamenti.
Nel caso voleste presentare una risoluzione, un emendamento allo Statuto o al Regolamento Interno o candidarvi per il Consiglio Direttivo, siete gentilmente invitati a inviare i relativi documenti (modulo o lettera motivazionale) al seguente indirizzo circolobruxelles@arci.it ponendo come destinatario la Commissione Congressuale entro e non oltre il 5/11/2020.
Gli emendamenti alle risoluzioni presentate possono essere presentati compilando il modulo dedicato e inviandolo al medesimo indirizzo, entro il 10/11/2020.
Secondo l’articolo 13 dello Statuto è stata formata una Commissione Congressuale ed è composta dai seguenti Soci: Irene Bertana, Luigi Daniele, Mila Shamku e David Rinaldi.

Dear Members, we are pleased to hereby call the first
Ordinary General Assembly of ARCI Bruxelles
The GA will take place on 22nd November 2020, at 11:00 on Zoom. The present notice letter is made according to the provisions of the Bylaws article no. 10 and to the Internal Rules article no.s 9, 10 and 11.

You can find herewith attached a copy of the Bylaws, the Internal Rules and an amendment form. Should any non Italian speaker wish to receive the Internal Rules in English, please let us know by replying to this email.
Should you wish to present a resolution or an amendment to the Bylaws or the Internal Rules or candidate yourself for the Steering Group, you are kindly invited to send by e-mail the properly filled form or the motivation letter to circolobruxelles@arci.com addressing the Assembly Committee. Both documents must be sent by 5/11/2020.
Amendments to the resolutions can be presented by sending the dedicated form duly filled in to the same address, by 10/11/2020.
According to the Internal Regulation article no. 13, an Assembly Committee is formed and will be composed by the following members: Irene Bertana, Luigi Daniele, Mila Shamku and David Rinaldi.
